In my opinioin, I think this may well be the best haiku I have written. But, then again it may be that it doesn’t work as well as it does in my mind, where traces of all the connecting pieces which connect the images are still there from when I composed it on the way to and from the airport this morning.
i would have liked to be in the car when this was happening!
makes me think of time –
the slow slog, the wet season,
then, sudden shinings.
