Awww, c’mon – this is cheating. A beautiful little baby! How could I not love this photo? I like the soft focus – makes the baby feel very delicate. However, I would pick a small bone with the LACK of focus. It looks like the focus is on baby’s left forearm which is certainly not the most interesting part of this photo. (baby gets a 10 by the way)

Good, but, again, what’s the theme?

Barry Sherbeck

Except for the soft focus, this is a wonderful image, so peaceful, nicely composed, nice bokeh and soft light and gentle colors. (Wish it were a little sharper on the face / eyes – this might be due to slow shutter speed and a slight camera movement.)
